В 18.30 МСК стартуют торги по «Яндексу»


"Яндекс" разместится выше планировавшейся границы, торги начнутся 24-го в 18.30 по Москве:

Цена размещения «Яндекса» — $25 за ADR, рассказал “Ъ” источник, близкий к размещению. Торги расписками голландской Yandex N.V., которая контролирует 100% ООО «Яндекс», начнутся сегодня в 10.30 по Нью-Йорку (18.30 по Москве). Компания разместит 52,18 млн обыкновенных акций, из них 15,4 млн акций допэмиссии. Исходя из оценки $25 за ADR вся компания оценена в $8 млрд, объем размещения составит $1,3 млрд, из них $385 млн пойдет в компанию, остальное — акционерам. На рынке будет обращаться почти 18% «Яндекса».

    вспоминается vmware думаю яндекс будет расти первые полгода а потом инвесторы смогут реально оценить фирму
